João Pedro Oliveira
He began his training as a jeweler at CINDOR, Gondomar, passed through Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid - Gemologia, Cutting Design and Evaluation), Padua (Istituto Statale D'Arte Pietro Selvatico) and returned to Porto where he deepened his his training in contemporary jewelry at the Contacto Directo Jewelers School. In 2012 he participated in the Festival Imaginarius with the “a Couve” project, and in 2015 he led the team that executed the key to Torre dos Clérigos, offered by Irmandade dos Clérigos to Porto City Council. Since 2016 he has created and developed his business under the name G82 — Jóias & Gemas, workshop and sales business. His work covers a broad spectrum, from religious commissions to partnerships with designers and artists. He is also a musician, vocalist and co-founder of Daguida. Thanks to the G82 team (First Jewelery Officers: Paulo Martingo - design, António Borges and Paulo - setting, Helena Matias - modeling, Mr. Romano - engraving), to the other collaborators and service providers that make up this business fabric, to Portugal2020 and to the Portuguese Jewelry and Watchmaking Association.
